End Swipe Card Fees on debit &credit cards.It makes the banks rich off the backs of the poor & middle class.

Please end the practice of businesses charging debit and credit "Swipe" card fees.Such as,the gas station by my house charges 55 cents to swipe my social security disability debit card that the government forced upon me when i was content getting a paper check,still.Now,i have to pay on average about $10-$20 every month in either swipe card fees or at atm withdrawl fees.I feel that this practice is unfair and does nothing but make banks even more rich off the backs of debit and credit card users,more specifically the poorest of the poor,people like me who are disabled,and now have been forced by the govt to pay the banks some of my meager food budget for the month..
