Whereas: PETA has the largest kill rate of any animal "rights" organization at nearly 95% of the millions of animals they "save" a year.
Whereas: The unjustified killing of millions of healthy, adoption ready animals violates several state laws and ordinances concerning the protection of innocent animals.
Whereas: PETA spends they're tax exempt donation funds on causes targeting several legitimate businesses and research labs. These campaigns are often filled with violent and disturbing propaganda materials.
Therefor be it resolved by the signers of the petition that PETA have its tax exempt status revoked.
