End Tax Exemptions For Religious Institutions

Created by C.B. on August 27, 2012

With the debt growing every day on a national and state level, religious groups becoming more active in politics everyday (without having to make a single bit of it known to the IRS), and the budget for public services being cut; it is past time for religious organizations to pay their fair share to the government or apply for non-profit status the same as secular organizations do. This will help to alleviate the burden of the rest of the tax payers and eliminate the ability for a person to use the tax-exempt status for their own personal gain without the slightest oversight by the IRS.
