End taxation without representation. Allow any taxpayer regardless of age to vote and run for public office.

This country was founded in large part because of the colonies unjust treatment by the British. Colonists were forced to pay taxes to England while having no voting rights. This practice has continued today against young people. I first held a job at 15 years old and since then I have been taxed while having no say in the matter. Sounds familiar huh? Any person from whom the government takes their money deserves the right to vote so they have some say in how the money is used. Furthermore, they should have the right to run for office, including The Oval Office, because nobody represents a person's ideals more than themselves. If they believe their leadership would be in the best interest of the country and they've done their part in paying taxes then they are entitled to these rights.
