A U.S. Armed Forces Veteran to use their Montgomery GI Bill Chapter 30 entitlement beyond the ten (10) year time limitation, and without having to fall under the strict limitations established by U.S. Government. A U.S. Veteran, whether they got an Honorable Discharge or an Other Than Honorable Discharge should have the legal right to use their Montgomery GI Bill benefits, regardless if they use it within the ten (10) year time limitation and or beyond that ten (10) year time limitation. 1. There should be NO time limitation established for a U.S. Armed Forces Veteran to use their Montgomery GI Bill Chapter 30 educational benefit. 2. The Montgomery GI Bill Chapter 30 educational benefit should be given to both Honorable Discharged and Other than Honorable Discharged (OTH) Veteran.
