In 2004, I thwarted a terror attack due to perceived gender. I was able to avoid becoming a victim of a terror attack. Gary Weber of Snow Hill, Md. paid two individuals to carry out the attack. This incident took place in Worcester County, Md. The citizens should not live among people who resort to terroristic measures due to an individual's race or gender identity. Implement laws that protect transgenders of color and others of perceived gender identity. There should be penalties that include federal incarceration for individuals who violate those mandates.
