End the completely unnecessary restriction of allowing only Ticketed Passengers through security at our airports. It does absolutely NOTHING to make flying safer. It needlessly inconveniences fliers and non-fliers. Airports are public buildings. Everyone has a right to enjoy these facilities, including non-fliers.
It is also a violation of our 1st Amendment right to freely assemble in a public place. Airports, including the gate areas, fall into that category.
