End the trade embargo and any other customs restrictions pertaining to the independent nation of Cuba.

Created by B.B. on April 13, 2013

By taking the first steps to end the 50 year old embargo and current customs restrictions with Cuba we could potentially increase public opinion of US citizens of the government and to promote a more positive outlook of the US to foreign nations. We could then turn our efforts instead to eliminating the trafficking of illegal drugs over the southern border rather than spending so much time, effort, and money on seizing Cuban goods such as tobacco and alcohol.
