It appears that public is in favor of ending the embargo against Cuba, and of setting up diplomatic relationships.
We could start with ending travel embargo. Which would give liberty to US Citizens and Permanent Residents to visit Cuba.
This would give us right to travel freely and will give minor boost for airlines and cruises. For which we could impose an extra tax for now, to fill holes in the budget.
