End the trial of Bradley Manning and release him.

Created by M.T. on June 05, 2013

With the prosecution of Bradley Manning we have decided that protecting secrecy and hiding war crimes is more important than justice itself.

Most experts view the war in Iraq to be illegal under the Geneva Conventions yet our justice system failed to pursue an investigation of the war. To Bradley Manning our leadership, the justice department, and the military had failed. The entire war was illegal and unjust. He hoped that by releasing war documents, the public would exercise its power and never allow the crimes of the Iraq war to happen again. This is quite noble and badly needed.

When we created this illegal war we created the environment where people of conscience begin to disobey. We cannot prosecute Bradley Manning without examining the corrupt system that started this war.
