Dear President Obama and Administration,
Please change the laws of the judicial system that if someone is blatantly caught having murdered someone, or a shooter in a crowd, or who has otherwise caused serious physical harm to another, should face immediate incarceration. Our tax dollars would be better spent on the victims families and/or rebuilding our economy.
It is appaling that so much money and time is spent putting obvious criminals on trial. Innocent until proven guilty should mean if you are caught, we know you are guilty. There is no reason to sit in front of a jury of your peers to establish your guilt/innocence. Immediate incarceration, death penalty when it applies, or confinement/rehabilitation to a mental health facility.
