end unconstitutional drivers licensing

This petition is for the right to travel unmolested by police. It is a fundamental right for people to travel to and from in their private lives in their own property (automobiles) on the roads in which the people own as well, since they are paid for with taxpayer dollars. There is no law that states the people need such licenses except those who are part of commerce : truck drivers, bus drivers and all else who use the roads for money which article 1 section 8 of the United States Constitution gives congress the right to regulate commerce and commerce only! If such licenses were required to travel then you would have to enumerate it into the Constitution as done when alcohol was made unlawful therefore you must as article 6 clause 2 states uphold your oaths and abolish these licenses.
