Both Laws Mentioned above are in direct violation of both the 9th and 10th Amendment, are the direct cause of high rates of gun violence in the US, Mexico, El Salvador and Honduras. Policy has wasted 2.5Trillion dollars, incarcerated 40million Americans, and continues to give 200-250Billion Illegal Dollars to Domestic and International Criminal Organizations.
