The so called "patriot" act has negatively impacted the people of the United States on multiple levels and has not proven itself to be an effective means to stop terrorism. It has, in fact, proven itself to be one of the most brutal attacks of domestic terrorism from the government of the United States onto the people it was sworn to protect. End the patriot act now and restore what is beginning to be lost.. the trust of the people of the United States in their government. End the patriot act now!!
