End unconstitutional surveillance programs ran by NSA. Program was created secretly, and defended with perjury.

Created by C.S. on July 17, 2013

End the unconstituional surveillance programs ran by the NSA. This program was created in monarchy type fashion. This program violates the 4th amendment with unreasonable search and seizures and general search warrants, which were banned in the American Revolution.

NSA classified surveillance programs have been defended with perjury by Eric Clapper during congressional hearings.

The Fourth Amendment (Amendment IV) to the United States Constitution is the part of the Bill of Rights that guards against unreasonable searches and seizures, along with requiring any warrant to be judicially sanctioned and supported by probable cause. It was adopted as a response to the abuse of the writ of assistance, which is a type of general search warrant, in the American Revolution.
