TO END THE UNFAIR TANNING TAX ON SMALL BUSINESS.

Tanning Tax is unfair and racial. It is causing small businesses to close because the government is placing a tax that's so high they can not make a profit to have their business survive. This tax targets 98% WHITE american's. We feel in the tanning industry that the government needs to tax NAIL SALONS which all race's use. There are plenty of places in the US that offer more than one service including Nail salons, Hair Salons, and Gyms that also have tanning beds in their facility's and charge specifically for tanning. Theses places escape this tanning tax because they offer other services.
Tanning customers go to theses places because they can get away from the tanning tax and this hurts the business that we have come to build in the last 10 years. The tanning industry is hurting!!
