To illiminate U.S.A. compliance with the U.N. Agenda 21as it's manifesto affects the laws and the Constitution of the United States and will lead all peoples around the world into a totalitarian form of global governance, without any ability to vote on, or control any reprecussions caused in a peaceful manner. And since few of the signatories have abided by any of the rules of law within the agenda 21 manifesto or the UN credo, a farcity that has lead to the deaths of millions of innocent civilians all over the world.
