This movement is seeking sovereignty for the Hawaiian nation. The details to be debatable among Hawaiian residents. This movement's focus is on self-determination and self-governance by Hawaiʻi residents as an independent nation. The United States has provided a prolonged illegal military occupation beginning with the 1898 annexation.

Hawaii will be allowed peaceful secession from the United States and will self decide what actions to take in establishing an independent government and nation.
