We work hard and pay our cell phone bills. We should not be forced to pay for people's cell phones under the Universal Service Fund. This also goes for the Connect America Fund for Universal Internet access. Why are we being penalized for being good citizens who pay our bills by having to pay for the people who don't contribute? End both programs now. A cell phone and internet service is not a human right and the government has overstepped it's bounds by forcing us to pay for services we don't receive.
