End unjust and unconstitutional cannabis prohibition

Created by D.R. on July 30, 2016

Cannabis is a a medicinal spiritual plant supported by over half the country in some form. the guide lines for the controled substance act is that the "drug" can not be medical and has to be harmful and highly addictive but this is not the case. US Patent 6630507 states that the government has acknowledged its medical benifits but chooses to ignore it. also its been proven to have an addiction rating of 4% 8 % bleow coffee and 2% below chocolate. on top of that it has been know to be a religous substance and in many cases has been protected as a religious right this makes its prohibiton unconstituional. the government is wasting millions every year to arrest people of this plant that has never killed anyone and is know to only cause calming effects. this failed drug war must end
