Throughout the nation, CPS/DFACS has removed many children from a loving, nurturing environment based upon false accusations which were not thoroughly investigated, the "buddy system" within the agencies and court system, and incompetant social workers. We demand reform to include full investigation of "anonymous" tips prior to removal of children, a FAIR legal process for those accused, and penalties for all who have participated in falsifying information related to the investigation and/or removal of children from their homes. In addition, we demand that regardless of the date of occurence, all cases previously closed may be re-examined by an unprejudicial source to ensure justice has been served.
