End the US embargo on Cuba

Created by D.C. on November 15, 2012

For the 21st year, the United Nations has voted by a strong majority calling for the US to end its failed embargo of Cuba. This 50 year old policy has lost its relevancy as we look to a new era of globalization. Its time to accept that other nations can make their own decisions regarding how their country is run. The current administration has taken some important steps to ease travel restrictions for Americans seeking to travel to the United States, but the time has come to correct this policy mistake.
