End the U.S. Government's deficit spending within the next 48 months.

Our Government's spending is completely out of control and unsustainable. In order to protect our nation's strategic position as an international superpower and to ensure domestic tranquility, our government must be prohibited from spending more than the annual Gross Domestic Product.
To that end, per the suggestion of Warren Buffett, we petition the White House to write and aggressively support a constitutional amendment stating that in any year our government 's deficit spending equals or exceeds103% of the GDP, that every member of the Senate and House of Representatives will be ineligible for re-election after completing their current term.
