The US government under programs at the NSA & Signals Intelligence are operating on a global scale illegal remote satellites and ground/space based sensors which monitor human brain bioelectromagnetic emissions for the purpose of illegal spying by recording citizens thoughts, brain activity, memory, and other information. They call this technology Remote Neural Monitoring and Electronic Brain Link, and it's being used by the FBI, CIA, and local and state agencies to illegally spy on Americans. Furthermore, they have the ability to direct microwaves at humans for remote torture, psychosis simulation, and mind invasion.
I am one US target of this tech, and there are victims globally.
The White House will investigate and end these abuses.
