End U.S supreme court life time appointment, since the it has lost its independence

This is a dictatorial power not a democratic one .
lifetime appointments may encourage justices to game the timing of their retirements in support of a special party.
the court is doing a poor job of staying independent from politics. this is why American voters are increasingly wary of the Supreme Court and around 50% of Americans disapprove of the way the court is handling its job.
