End the use of 9/10ths pricing at America's gas stations.

Created by A.S. on June 30, 2013

The practice of adding 9/10ths started in the 1920's or 1930's when the price of gas was under 20 cents per gallon and fractions of a cent was meaningful. With gas process above $3 per gallon today, fractions of a cent no longer has the same meaning. Surely, this is a nonpartisan issue that both Democrats and Republicans can support.
