Let's put an end to drone and/or remotely piloted vehicular activity on or over domestic soil. It is an invasion of privacy and completely unwarranted. Remotely piloted vehicles whether armed or not pose a threat to law abiding citizens, and even with endless testing malfunctions can still exist. Ultimately the risk of accidental injury, loss of life, loss of privacy, misuse, unintended use, and criminal use by military, law enforcement, and/or civilians far outweigh any positive outcome.
