End the use of "The N Word" in American Pop Culture and Society

We as americans feel regardless of our color, that the use of "The N Word" being used in black culture frequently without repercussions is completely violent malicious and offensive. Regardless of whom says the word white or black, should be fined and or jailed for saying this word that connotes a violent history of slavery and we should movd on from the past and stop using the N Word and make it a crime.
