This is a call for a moratorium on depleted uranium, torture (enhanced interrogation techniques), COINTELPRO and space weaponization.
Depleted uranium is a dense metal the US (and NATO too) use to tip missiles and ammunition. It has been found to be "genotoxic" by the UN Institute for Disarmament and causing birth defects by the National Center for Biotechnology Information.
The US has backed dictators around the world who torture, they even trained some regimes on how to torture. Now the CIA directly can torture people and kidnap them. There have been cases of PUCs (people in US custody) who've been strangled, beaten to death etc.
There are 177 Nations for a Prevention of an Arms Race in Outer Space (PAROS). They fear the US's space domination will cement their hegemony.
