Require a 3rd and 4th party/entity not tied in any way to the Vaccine Manufactures or the CDC to provide peer reviewed research testing and data on all U.S. vaccines. Allow peer reviewed research and overseas judicial rulings as part of research pool. Limit vaccine data submitted by manufacturers to only data verified by both a 3rd and 4th party entity. End Vaccine Manufacturers immunity against lawsuits from injury.
