Current VA estimates indicate that despite processing a million applications this year, the VA backlog won't be caught up until 2015. This is not acceptable for Veterans in the United States of America. Hire as many permanent or temporary employees as necessary and build any offices necessary to eliminate the VA backlog by July 2013. Enlist Congress for the monetary support.
