We the people ask the federal government to Propose a new Administration policy:

End the violation of the civil rights of Native Peoples and others in North Dakota

Created by M.H. on October 17, 2016

The State of North Dakota is interfering with the right of Native Peoples and others to assemble peacefully and protest the DAPL. Armed police and civilian guards with dogs are harassing protesters; journalists and filmmakers are being arrested. First Amendment rights are guaranteed by the Constitution, and North Dakota is infringing on those rights. The federal government must end the illegal actions of North Dakota.
