The Right to Education is a basic Human Right guaranteed for everyone. The US Federal Government has several policies which bar students who can't afford to pay tuition from access to their right of education by denying them eligibility for student loans. This includes students who have been convicted of drug charges. This petition is to repeal ALL laws that put restrictions on who can receive Federal Student Aid, as education is a human right guaranteed to all humans, regardless of anything, including drug use and criminal history.
