end the violations of Title 18 Section 242 of US Code that are being done by the Baldwin County Alabama Sheriff's Office

Created by D.C. on April 22, 2015

That the Baldwin County Alabama Sheriff's Deputies regularly violate the God Given rights of the Citizens as guaranteed under the Fourth Amendment to be secure of their persons, papers and property by conducting searches of citizens without a warrant, probable cause nor permission of the Citizens being searched. That such a search is a violation of the Citizen's rights and that the deputy is committing a felony violation of those rights as defined in Title 18 Section 242 of US Code where the rights are denied under "color of law". Most often the search has resulted in a misdemeanor with a fine of about $200, but the Citizen is then placed to some form of private counseling whereby additional fees exceeding $2000 are realized. I question whether the Judges in these cases are corrupt as well
