End the War in Afghanistan

WE THE PEOPLE instruct the President and each member of Congress as SERVANTS TO THE PEOPLE to respond to this Petition by providing formal consideration and response to the following:1. Provide a clear transparent report on the exit strategy since support HR 2404 which required an exit strategy from Afghanistan was not passed.
2. Stop sending additional troops to Afghanistan while developing a long term strategy with the Afghanistan government to encourage international collaboration to provide humanitarian assistance and rebuild Afghanistan.
3. Work for a negotiated peace settlement involving all the players in the region, including Iran, Pakistan and the Taliban.
