end the war on drugs

the war on drugs hasn't work since it was started. it has only broke up families cause job lost cost taxpayers billions if not trillions. now we have a worse drug problem then before it was started. love ones lives missed up for simply using and no other history of crime and they get out and its hard for them to find a job. life will be much better if you just let the people vote for their state to have the right to deal with it. tenth amendment
