End the War on Drugs....

Illegal drug trade is basied on profit, so end the profit motive. Tax and legalize the trade.. undercut the black market price. It is a socail and medical problem and should never be a legal one. If the cartels and private dealers of marajana and other substances can not make a profit they will not sell or trade. Black markets produce violence and and uncontroled product. We accept alcohol and tobacco , tax it and medicaly deal with the consuquences, why do we not do the same with marajana, cocaine ect? No profit no problem. Sir, We petition you to move to decriminalize, control, undercut the price of , and tax marajuana black market drugs. Provide treatment and social counciling, not fill out jails. Respectfuly Yours...
