We the people ask the federal government to Change an existing Administration policy:

End the War on Drugs! All it has done is increased the tension between the police and community causing violence.

Created by S.D. on July 09, 2016

Mr. President we the people are calling on you to end the war on drugs & treat drugs as a health matter not a criminal matter. All the war on drugs has created is a black market & divide between the police and communities they serve. When a drug user is approached by police they fear for the lose of their freedom and as a result many times take drastic measures. Minorities are 4 times as likely to end up in jail for the same drug offenses that others get a slap on the wrist. If you stand united with the people and police you will end the war on drugs and make police officers extremely difficult jobs much easier so they can focus on real crime and not drug users who really need help not jail. Bridge the divide between the police and communities they serve by ending the war on drugs.
