End the war on drugs, allow states to make the decision to prohibit or legalize drugs such as Marijuana, and others.

Created by K.S. on November 12, 2012

I, amongst many others who I can speak for, believe it is up to the states to decide if they want to prohibit or legalize drugs such as Marijuana, Cocaine, and LSD.
Doing so, with the much more dangerous and addictive substances such as alcohol and tobacco already legal(compared to Marijuana), we can put a tax on it, and the money will go into the economy.
Our founding fathers wanted states to make their own laws, with little gov't interference. What the national gov't is doing with the war on drugs is completely unconstitutional. Ending the war on drugs will cut spending for it. Really congress, it's just common sense.
