The War on Drugs of the last 40 years has been a complete failure. We petition the President to end the War on Drugs, abolish the Controlled Substances Act, grant clemency to all federal prisoners who are in prison for non-violent drug use under federal mandatory minimum guidelines, abolish the mandatory minimum system, establish a regulatory system for legal drug sales, and establish a healthcare support system for drug addicts trying to break their addictions.
