The War on Drugs has gone on far to long. The positive outcomes greatly outnumber the negative consequences. Medical benefits, job creation, less prison occupation, and the regulation of a drug that is by no means worse than alcohol or tobacco. It may be a gateway drug, but are cigarettes not? Everyone has seen the impact of alcohol and tobacco on families, the impact of marijuana use is the insane charges for possession, that ruins your life before it can even start. Lets end it now, give the jobs and money back to the good American people who deserve it.
