End the War on Drugs/Private Prisons that disenfranchise black voters

One in five black persons in VA has a Drug War related criminal record and cannot vote and our black President doesn't care. Most arrests are for marijuana and Obama won't legalize it though he, Bush and Clinton use(d) that and other harder drugs including alcohol. The WOD/Private Prison System is responsible for the destruction of families, the murder of millions here and abroad, and the waste of trillions of dollars, all to protect Big Pharma, alcohol and cigarette lobbies, money launderers, drug cartels and the DEA as well as to provide excuses to invade other countries, to break down our doors and terrorize poor families. Its time to end this war on poor minorities and legalize, educate and treat drug dependence medically and end the new WOD/private prison system Jim Crow.
