end the war on sugary drinks by making it illegal to ban them because it is your personal chose to drink what you want.

This war on sugar is stupid, childish and dumb, Saying that sugary drinks make people fat and unhealthy and that it should be banned is like saying spoons make you fat and we should ban the spoon that made us fat. It's your choice to drink that soda, or drink that Kool Aid, or drink whatever sugary drink you'd normally drink. And because it's was your choice you should not complain about the outcome.
