To end the war on sugary drinks by making it illegal to ban them, It's a persons choice to drink what they want.

I'm sick of turning on the news and seeing that MY government wants to take away my right to drink whatever the hell i want to drink! Seriously? don't you people have something better to worry about like finding a way to pull pull our rear ends out of debt???
Soda should never be illegal! its stupid that we'd even think to even think that soda should be illegal while cigarettes that cause several hundred cancerous deaths every single year are still being sold.
Last time i checked, soda can't kill you!
