End the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan

We rashly use war as diplomacy overseas. Risking our sons & daughters for a continued occupation that may ultimately be counter-productive is foolhardy. We believe that the vast majority of Iraqis & Afghans are fine people who abhor war and would prefer food, medicine, & drinking water. We are not convinced that war is the best continued strategy to further our interests of peace, stability and security at home and worldwide. We believe that violence begets violence. By solving problems with aggression, bombs and death, we teach other nations war is a reasonable option. We suggest that continued occupation will not make these populations friendly or make their nations stable. International opinion continues to be against the war. We should exit now.
