I believe the best way to end gridlock in Washington is to remove the "safe districts" for all elected officials. Redistricting based population density, without consideration of political affiliation, would result in more diverse districts. This diversity would result in elected officials having to move towards the center to retain their seats. I encourage the Obama administration to work with States to develop non-partisan panels in all 50 States to fairly and equitably redraw boundaries of all Congressional districts. Reasonable government, working together for the betterment of all, is what we need as a nation.
