There are lots of people who really need welfare, but there are also many that abuse it. Put an end to those that
continue to have more children just so they can continue to collect welfare. Require all women collecting welfare for their families to be on birth control during this time or some tangible deterrent from having more children while they cannot afford them. Taxpayers should not be forced to pay for their continued irresponsibility.
