Welfare was meant to be a helping hand, not a career. Why is it that the governments solution to everything is give it out for free... Except it isn't free everyone working and paying taxes is paying for welfare recipients to sit on their backside and do nothing. What is the indintive to work they get it all for free. I'm one american thats tired of it. Congress needs to fix the welfare system and actually give the money where it was earned.
