End Welfare thru Reform by charging back welfare costs to employers whose employees don't earn a living wage.

Created by S.F. on July 21, 2014

Many companies and corporations subsidize American taxpayers for their shareholder profits by intentionally maintaining low wages that require their employees to subsist on SNAP benefits and government support.

The idea is simple charge back to these employers for their employee's government assistance. Structure it so that employers cannot shift to part time labor force with caps on percentages of employees working "part time" and the hours worked.
