I believe we should end the welfare to work programs. It is a waste of government's funds. It will not help in any ways. The best way to help welfare recipients is to understand why they cannot go to work. There are people without English and it makes no sense to have them in the programs. Instead, introduce them to jobs or school. End the Welfare to Work!!!
